Assessments

We offer two types of assessments:

  • internal assessments to evaluate employee morale and culture to increase morale, productivity and engagement while decreasing turnover.

  • external assessments for the communities you serve: trauma-informed care assessments and community needs assessments.

Internal Assessments

Did you know that turnover costs your organization 6-months of salary? This is the amount of time it takes, at minimum, to train and onboard a new employee. It also costs employee time to post a job listing, interview, hire and train that new employee.

Please stop throwing money away. We can help!

If you hire us to assess your team morale and offer customized solutions, we can save your organization hundreds of thousands of dollars.

We will create a customized report of where your organization needs improvement, then offer solutions including:

  • project management

  • program evaluation

  • internal communication

  • conflict resolution

  • leadership coaching

  • attuned management training

  • executive functioning training (how to prioritize tasks and complete them)

  • trauma-informed training for staff including stress management; brain science

When employees feel safe, structured, accountable, heard, seen, and cared for, you will see miraculous results in the output they produce! Employees who are happy and healthy will stay at your company longer and create a positive culture that encourages others to stay.

Internal Assessments:

Internal Employee Engagement and Psychological Safety Assessments

Workplace culture, communication, and team dynamics are crucial to understanding if you want to nurture employee well-being, enhance job satisfaction, and boost productivity. This assessment is the starting place to learn about your company’s bottlenecks to being their best.

Trauma-Informed Organizational Assessments

are tailored for organizations committed to embedding trauma-informed practices within their fabric. We utilize established best practices and assessment tools to evaluate your organization's policies, structures, and cultural nuances to identify opportunities for creating safe spaces and supportive systems. This assessment equips organizations to implement strategies that not only recognize the prevalence of trauma but actively work towards minimizing retraumatization. By integrating trauma-informed principles, organizations can enhance employee resilience, reduce stress, and contribute to a workplace culture rooted in empathy and understanding.

External Assessments:

Trauma-Informed Community Needs Assessments

We will take a snapshot of your community to see:

  • which organizations are already doing trauma-informed care work and what they’re doing

  • which coalitions already exist

  • where the needs lay

We will produce: a report of our findings and a roadmap to expand your movement

These are offered to trauma-informed community coalitions seeking to get a snapshot of how many trauma-informed care initiatives, programs, and policies already exist in your community and where the needs and gaps are. By gaining insights into community needs, strengths, and challenges, organizations can tailor interventions that resonate with the unique fabric of the communities they serve. These assessments go beyond statistical data, providing a narrative that informs compassionate strategies and initiatives.
